Contact forms
When you send a message, we process your name, email, subject and message to respond. The information is delivered to the controller by email and kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and meet any legal obligations.
Email updates
Adults may request project updates by supplying their email address. Subscriptions are stored in the huzr table in separate fields and remain pending until the email confirmation link is used. We record request and confirmation dates, language and consent version. The lawful basis is consent, which may be withdrawn via the unsubscribe link or by emailing the controller. The email delivery provider may process the address.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by emailing luisbarquerolanti@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and sessions
This public site does not use advertising analytics or third-party trackers. Forms use a technical session cookie to prevent unauthorized submissions. The children’s area saves profiles and game progress locally in the browser. The server may record technical access logs for security; the game may require session cookies.
Recipients and security
We do not sell data. Hosting, email and necessary technical providers may act as processors. Subscription data is stored in MySQL, separate from author-account permissions.
Children
Contact and update forms are for adults only. Children choose preset nicknames and avatars without supplying real names, email addresses or passwords. Their saved games are stored in the browser. Avatar PNGs may remain on the server after a local profile is deleted for moderation; selected drawings may appear in the public gallery. The game records actions and achievements for educational statistics. Children’s data processing and publication rights in their drawings require specific assessment and any applicable authorizations.
Retention and unsubscribing
Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours. Confirmed emails are retained while consent remains valid, until unsubscribe or erasure. Inquiries are kept as necessary to respond and meet legal obligations. Retention of PNGs and technical game records requires a separate policy before broader educational deployment.
